Asked before every first booking.

Who flies the drone?

I do. FAA Part 107 certified. Aerials are shot the same visit as the stills, so the light, the grade, and the delivery all stay consistent.

How fast are photos delivered?

Photos in two business days, walkthrough films in three to five, short-form in two to three. Next-day rush by 5pm is $250.

What does the blue-sky guarantee mean?

If the weather won’t cooperate on shoot day, sky replacement is included at no charge. Elevated Twilight carries the twilight-sky guarantee: the same promise, through dusk.

Do I need to be at the shoot?

No. I work solo. Leave a lockbox code and I’ll handle it, or walk the property with me first if you’d rather. Your call.
